Turnbow Trailers has long been regarded as an innovator in new designs and ideas. Carl Turnbow has devoted his life to designing and manufacturing a safe, quality custom horse trailer — not a fixed catalog model, but a trailer built around the horse and the hauler in front of him.

Eleven Trailer Types.

Every Turnbow starts with what you actually haul — how many horses, how far, and whether you're sleeping in it. These are the six most requested; every one of them is also built with slat sides for hot-climate ventilation.

Mare & Foal

Two box stalls in a 16' area, with a rear ramp and a side ramp so either stall is reachable at any time. The divider is fully removable.

Head to Head

Turnbow's Cross Country Van — the most versatile trailer configuration available, built for haulers who need flexibility over distance.

Slant Load

Built in units that haul anywhere from two to nine horses, sized and specced around your rig and your load.

Reverse Slant Load

Available in 2 to 9 horse configurations. The Grand Prix and Sport Horse models are built for owners with larger horses, in gooseneck or bumper pull.

Living Quarters

A wide range of styles and sizes — from simple weekend packages to fully self-contained luxury living quarters.

Slat Sided

The highest ventilation available for the hottest climates, offered as an option across every Turnbow model.
